Delivery
Eversby Home delivers to mainland UK addresses using a tracked parcel service or furniture delivery service, depending on the size and handling needs of your item. Some remote postcodes, islands and access-restricted locations may need an additional delivery check before we can accept the order; if that applies, we will confirm clearly before payment or dispatch.
How delivery works
Smaller pieces are usually sent with tracked parcel delivery. Larger furniture is handled with a furniture service so it can be moved with the right level of care. The service available depends on the item, postcode and access.
Estimated delivery
Lead times vary by product size, postcode and delivery service. The clearest estimate will be shown on the product page, at checkout or in your order updates. If timing is important, contact us before ordering and include your delivery postcode.
Larger furniture and access
Please check doorways, stair turns, lifts, narrow hallways and the final room position before ordering. Some larger pieces may be delivered to the ground floor, kerbside or room of choice depending on the service available for your postcode and the item ordered.
Changing delivery details
Address or delivery-date changes are easiest before your order is prepared for dispatch. If something changes, contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm what can still be adjusted.
Delivery day
Please make sure someone is available for the agreed delivery time and that access is clear. Keep your phone available for delivery contact so the item can be placed safely and without unnecessary delay.
Tracking and updates
We will send tracking or delivery contact details where available. If tracking shows delivered but the item has not arrived, or if an expected delivery appears lost, contact us within 5 working days so we can investigate quickly.
