Returns & Damages

We want every item to arrive safely and feel right in your home. Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives and keep all packaging until you are happy with the item.

Change-of-mind returns

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 working days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, undamaged and returned in resaleable condition, ideally in the original packaging. We will confirm the return route and practical requirements before the item is sent back.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 2 working days of delivery so we can help quickly. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, photos of the outer packaging and any delivery labels. Keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as it helps us resolve the matter properly.

Lost or missing delivery

If tracking shows delivered but the item has not arrived, or if a delivery appears lost, contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery update so we can investigate promptly.

Material concerns after delivery

If you notice anything unusual with the wood, finish or construction after delivery, contact us with clear photographs as soon as possible. For material-related concerns, please contact us within 90 calendar days so we can review the item properly.

Refund timing

Once the returned item has been received and checked, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
