If the property is still being completed, an architectural floor plan is enough to start an initial conversation.
Is there a minimum project value?+
This service is designed for complete rooms and whole properties. We currently recommend a furniture budget from approximately £8,000.
Can every product be customised?+
No. Available changes depend on how the piece is made, the material and order quantity. We confirm what is possible before you approve the quotation.
Does the price include delivery and installation?+
Standard delivery to the agreed project address is included in the displayed starting prices for supported locations. Installation, room placement, packaging removal and additional in-home services are quoted separately unless your proposal says otherwise.
Can you work from photographs or a property listing?+
Yes. A floor plan is most useful, but photographs, measurements and a listing link can support the initial brief.
How firm is the 4–8 week timing?+
Most selected projects are planned around approximately 4–8 weeks after your order is confirmed. Your proposal will include a timeframe based on the furniture selected, destination, customs and delivery arrangements.
